As a key member of their interdisciplinary care group, you’ll help residents breathe easier, recover faster, and live better. You’ll work hands-on with patients who rely on your expertise, compassion, and critical-thinking skills every day.

Responsibilities *Provide high-quality respiratory therapy services to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols. *Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and other respiratory treatments. *Manage and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen systems. *Educate patients, families, and staff on respiratory care techniques and preventive practices. *Collaborate closely with nursing, rehabilitation, and medical staff to ensure continuity of care. *Document all care provided in compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

Requirements *Current license as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) in the state of Ohio. *BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred. *Experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab settings preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply. *Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills. *A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for patient care.
