Become the Pharmacist you always wanted to be

* Overseeing daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient
expectations.
* Contributing to the development of pharmacy-specific policies and procedures
in compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory agency regulations.
* Active participation in the interdisciplinary team, leveraging critical
information for positive patient outcomes.
* Accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medication in
adherence to legal and professional pharmacy standards.

License or Certification

* Licensed in good standing by the State Pharmacy Board for the State in which
the hospital is located.

Minimum Qualifications

* Successful completion of a pharmacy degree from a U. S.-accredited program or
from an international program evaluated by a recognized certifying agency as
substantially equivalent to U. S. accreditation standards required.

* 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist will oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure the safe, accurate compounding and dispensing of medications. They will also participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to improve patient outcomes and contribute to the development of pharmacy policies.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a pharmacy degree from an accredited program and possess a valid pharmacy license in the state of practice. One year of supervisory experience is preferred for this role.
