Key Responsibilities

The Social Worker IV conducts intensive clinical reviews, leads crisis intervention teams, and collaborates with multidisciplinary staff to manage complex cases. They also assist in facility program design and sign certificates for involuntary or court-ordered admissions.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work and at least three years of supervised post-master's clinical practice. A valid clinical social worker's license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation is required.
