Apply Today. WORK FOR US! PrimaryOne Health is currently seeking a Family Practice Physician for our Circleville health centers.
Essential Job Responsibilities: Provides quality care to all patients within the scope of specialty to include consultation, diagnosis, treatment and education in accordance with the guidelines and principles of practice.
Participates in quality improvement, prevention activities in the community and health disparity reduction projects. Provides leadership, guidance and direction to mid-level providers, nurses, MAs and staff. Precepts and has standard care agreements with PrimaryOne Health nurse practitioners.
Maintains compliance with peer review and QI program and attends all relevant PrimaryOne Health meetings. Medical, P&T and PrimaryOne Health All Staff Meetings. Collaborates with those responsible for case management, social services, referrals, community prevention and other PrimaryOne Health managers.
May practice Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Obstetrics and Gynecology. Occasional travel required. Other duties or special projects as assigned.
Successful candidates must possess an M.D. or D.O. degree; must be board certified in appropriate specialty (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Obstetrics and Gynecology). Must have a valid State of Ohio license to practice medicine and DEA certificate. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
