Mental Health Outpatient Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will provide therapeutic services utilizing evidenced-based practices, which includes completing clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients. Responsibilities also involve supporting clients through crisis assessment and stabilization when necessary.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a clinical field or a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field, along with at least one year of experience in behavioral health. Strong communication and clinical judgment are essential, and while licensure/certification is preferred, it is not required.
