The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive primary, preventive, and therapeutic medical care to patients across outpatient, emergency, and inpatient settings. They are responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic illnesses while coordinating care within a Patient-Centered Medical Home model.
Candidates must hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and possess an unrestricted state license as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and a valid DEA license are required for this role.
