Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to clients in the Career Access Program.

• Assess and address mental health concerns that may impact the client’s ability to engage in vocational training and rehabilitation.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e. g., Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PET) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to support clients.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or Mental Health Counseling,.

• Currently licensed (LMHC or LMSW).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical counseling services, with a preference for experience in vocational rehabilitation or working with individuals with disabilities.
