What You’ll Do as a Primary Care Physician
- Perform annual healthcare evaluation for adults in all age groups.
- Diagnose and manage acute illness.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic illnesses such as heart disease, cholesterol management, diabetes, thyroid, other endocrine disorders, and arthritis.
- Provide patient education, disease prevention guidance, and health maintenance support
Qualifications You’ll Need
- Graduated from an accredited Medical School
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- An active New York Medical License

Key Responsibilities
The physician will perform annual healthcare evaluations and diagnose or manage both acute and chronic illnesses for adult patients. They are also responsible for providing patient education, disease prevention guidance, and health maintenance support.
Requirements
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited medical school and hold an active New York medical license. Applicants are required to be board certified or board eligible in family medicine or internal medicine.
