Behavioral Health Referral Clerk

Key Responsibilities

The referral clerk coordinates behavioral health referrals by maintaining electronic medical records and ensuring accurate patient registration. They also serve as a system navigator to assist patients with healthcare barriers and facilitate communication between providers and specialists.

Requirements

Candidates are strongly preferred to have an NRCMA or LPN certification, or an associate’s degree with experience in patient navigation or medical records. Behavioral health experience is highly desired along with strong communication and computer skills.
