Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will oversee treatment programs, conduct functional behavior assessments, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. They are also responsible for supervising behavior technicians and collaborating with families and schools to ensure treatment consistency.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. A current BCBA certification in good standing is required.
