Key Responsibilities

The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, focusing on preventive health and chronic disease management. Responsibilities include maintaining continuity of care, conducting telehealth visits, and working within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and hold or be eligible for a California medical license. Previous outpatient or community health experience is preferred, along with proficiency in additional languages like Spanish, Russian, Farsi, or Pashto.
