The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and creating discharge plans for patients under physician supervision. They also manage revisions to established care plans and supervise physical therapy assistants.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program. An active state license and the ability to supervise physical therapy assistants are required.
