Job Description
Join a Primary Care group that is committed to providing physicians with the tools & support needed to care for your patients while maintaining a meaningful work-life balance. Work alongside 3 physicians & an experienced APP team. Clinical responsibilities involve a full scope of outpatient adult & geriatric services.
Office based procedures encouraged & supported plus enjoy a loyal referral system. Share call 1:4 (only by phone). Compensation includes generous salary, incentives, relo/vaca/CME, retirement, benefits, malpractice, sign-on bonus & may include student loan assistance.
Servicing over 200K residents, this part of NW Indiana provides a variety of recreational activities from youth basketball camps to triathlons, a historic downtown featuring street-side cafes, antique & specialty shops, outdoor concerts & award-winning theatres & dynamic museums.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient adult and geriatric medical care within a primary care group. Participate in a shared phone-based call rotation and perform office-based procedures.
Requirements
Must be a qualified physician capable of working alongside a team of physicians and APPs. Experience in primary care and a commitment to patient support are expected.
