Key Responsibilities
The Mental Health Therapist provides therapeutic services including initial assessment, individual, family, and group therapy to patients from young adult through advanced adulthood, working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities also include coordinating treatment, making discharge plans, and accurately recording all patient data in the medical record.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, along with one to three years of related experience. Effective interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills are also required minimum qualifications.
