Key Responsibilities

• Include: Conduct and document onsite and offsite psycho educational groups.

• Responsible for teaching community skills including ADLs as needed.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation.

• Safely transport PRP members to and from the program and offsite activities.
