Key Responsibilities
Provides home-based, direct physical therapy intervention and consultative services to children ages birth to three. Collaborates with families and multi-disciplinary teams to support physical development and mobility through evidence-based treatments.
Requirements
Requires a Doctoral, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in physical therapy and a current Indiana state license. Candidates must also hold Basic Life Support certification and have 0-3 years of relevant experience.
