We’re seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our dynamic in-house rehab team.
Work alongside experienced clinicians in a flexible, innovative, and evidence-based environment that prioritizes positive outcomes and patient-centered care.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, reliable, team-oriented PT
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited BS, MS, or DPT program
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina
- SNF experience preferred, but not required

Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an APTA-accredited BS, MS, or DPT program and hold a current Physical Therapist license in South Carolina. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting is preferred but not mandatory.
