Key Responsibilities

• Ideal candidates have experience in Palliative Care, Primary care and/or Geriatrics.

Requirements

• New Grads will not be considered at this time. 2+ years of APP experience.

• Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current MN RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP, ANP or GNP.

• Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the MN State Board of Medical Practice.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $71,922 - $133,819
