Key Responsibilities

• Support medical center and department policies.

• Perform initial set-up checks, chart QA for new set-ups, & maintain consistency in daily setups.

• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

• Perform simulation and treatment procedures.

Requirements

• A completed high school diploma or GED from an accredited educational body.

• The satisfactory completion of a formal radiation therapy program from an AMA approved educational body.

• Certification from the American Registry for Radiology Technologists (ARRT) or be eligible to sit for the board exam.

• License with the Illinois Emergency Medical Agency (IEMA).
