Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized occupational therapy services and conduct home safety evaluations in patients' residences. Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques to improve independence.
Requirements
Requires an active Hawaii license for either an Occupational Therapist or COTA and a minimum of one year of clinical experience. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community-based care.
