OH: MD with American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM) or MD with American Board of Preventive Medicine (ABPM).

TX: MD/ DO with unrestricted license and DEA license.

Clinical experience in substance abuse rehabilitation and Opioid treatment preferred.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.
