Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Clinical Assessment and Intervention.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, including complex psychosocial and differential assessments in high-acuity and medically complex populations.

• Provide short-term, evidence-based psychotherapy and group interventions tailored to integrated care settings.

• Lead crisis assessment, stabilization, and clinical risk management, including safety planning and triage decisions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field from an accredited program.

• Current, active, and unrestricted California clinical license in good standing (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).

• Minimum of one (1) year post-licensure clinical experience, or two (2) years post-graduate experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient, community mental health, or integrated care setting.

• Experience working with underserved, low-income, and/or medically and psychosocially complex populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $33 - $42.97/hour.
