The fixed compensation range for the position is $419K- $520K for Associate Professors and $494K- $593K for Professors
This pay range reflects the fixed compensation, which is based on faculty rank and years in rank
It does not include all components of the School of Medicine's faculty compensation program or pay from participation in departmental incentive compensation programs
The Chief of the Division of Pediatric Cardiology will also be appointed as the Director of the Betty Irene Moore Children's Heart Center
