- The fixed compensation range for the position is $419K- $520K for Associate Professors and $494K- $593K for Professors
- This pay range reflects the fixed compensation, which is based on faculty rank and years in rank
- It does not include all components of the School of Medicine's faculty compensation program or pay from participation in departmental incentive compensation programs
- The Chief of the Division of Pediatric Cardiology will also be appointed as the Director of the Betty Irene Moore Children's Heart Center
