Job Description
Imagine a remote role where you coach patients with hypertension to improve their cardiovascular health. As a Cardiovascular Clinical Guide at Devoted, you’ll work virtually to provide lifestyle counseling, medication adherence support, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
This hourly position pays $27 to $32 per hour and includes employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off, a $100 monthly stipend, stock options, and a 401K program. You’ll work with Medicare patients and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from home.
Your schedule is flexible but fixed hours are expected. This role requires a certified health coach with at least 2 years of chronic disease management experience. Spanish bilingual candidates are highly desired.
