About the Role

Join Devoted as a Bilingual Cardiovascular Clinical Guide focused on hypertension management through a virtual care platform. You will support patients remotely, coaching them on lifestyle changes and medication adherence to improve cardiovascular health.

Key Responsibilities

Screen members for hypertension clinic eligibility.
Provide blood pressure monitors and training.
Conduct comprehensive hypertension assessments.
Deliver lifestyle and nutrition counseling.
