Physical Therapist (PT) - Per Diem

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, establishes treatment goals, and develops comprehensive programs to maximize patient outcomes. They also coordinate care with other clinical services and prepare patients for safe discharge through education and home program development.

Requirements

Candidates must hold current state licensure or be eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist. A certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment is also required.
