About the Role

Join Empath Health as a Clinical Social Worker - West Palm Beach in United States. Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Clinical Social Worker to join our team. This full-time position works Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.
