Schedule
4 ten hour shifts, Tuesday to Friday 8am to 6pm Coverage Area: Jackson, Josephine, and Douglas Counties Our Culture Our culture is cultivated using the following values: Integrity: We are honest and professional. Qualifications
On An Average Day You Will: (includes, but not limited to) Make a true difference—one patient, one family, one compassionate moment at a time.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on current and prior medical history Deliver attentive, one-on-one support to patients and their families, ensuring comfort, dignity, and understanding Conduct thorough assessments of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the care journey Accurately monitor and document vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure Administer physician-ordered medications and treatments with skill and empathy Educate patients and their families on care techniques and symptom management Track and communicate changes in patient condition, ensuring timely and effective responses Keep detailed and up-to-date clinical notes to reflect patient progress and quality of care provided Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery And contribute to other supportive duties as part of a compassionate, mission-driven team And additional duties as assigned What You'll Bring to The Team: A heart for hospice care and a commitment to exceptional service A valid Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state you will work in A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation CPR certification (current) Strong observational and communication skills—both written and verbal A flexible, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support additional duties as needed We Got the Perks: *Some benefits apply to full-time employees only Tuition Reimbursement PTO and Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and more HSA & 401(k) available Mileage Reimbursement for applicable positions Advanced training programs Passionate company culture committed to the highest standard of care in the hospice industry Join a Team that embraces the reverence of life!

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in good standing and possess a current CPR certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel within the designated coverage area.
