About the Role

Join Pulse Healthcare as a Post 16 Speech and Language Therapist in United States. Job Title: Post-16 Speech and Language Therapist Banding: Band 6/7 Location: Uxbridge, London Start Date: ASAP Salary: £24.00–£35.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will: Deliver specialist assessment and intervention for students with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).

Develop and implement individualised therapy programmes aligned with students’ Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) outcomes.

Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support workers, and external professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Support students in developing functional communication skills for everyday life, education, and employment.

Requirements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience To be considered for this role, you must have: A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).

Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Experience working with young people or adults with SEND, including autism and complex communication needs.
