Join Pulse Healthcare as a Post 16 Speech and Language Therapist in United States. Job Title: Post-16 Speech and Language Therapist Banding: Band 6/7 Location: Uxbridge, London Start Date: ASAP Salary: £24.00–£35.
Key Responsibilities
- In this role, you will: Deliver specialist assessment and intervention for students with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).
- Develop and implement individualised therapy programmes aligned with students’ Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support workers, and external professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Support students in developing functional communication skills for everyday life, education, and employment.
Requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.
- Qualifications and Experience To be considered for this role, you must have: A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience working with young people or adults with SEND, including autism and complex communication needs.
