About the role
$25,000 Discretionary Sign-On Bonus
The clinic Pharmacist is responsible to the Pharmacy Director for the technical and clinical functions associated with the Outpatient Pharmacy Service. The Pharmacist fills orders for medications, monitors patient medication therapy and provides drug information. He/she will also identify, resolve, and prevent medication related problems. The Pharmacist supervises and directs support personnel. The Pharmacist will provide pharmacy services as appropriate to assure continuity of care and to achieve desired patient outcomes through safe, timely, cost-effective medication therapy.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Must be licensed to practice Pharmacy in the State of Montana.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of medications and their actions.
- Must have an acute awareness of the nature of the work involved in retail pharmacy.
- Must have knowledge relative to age of patients.
Salary is commensurate with up to 15 years' experience.
