$10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
FT, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; days, varies as scheduled.
Job Summary
Evaluates, examines, treats, monitors and provides ongoing assessment of patients/clients; performs all necessary paperwork/reports; plans and develops new programs; maintains communication with patients/clients, patient/client family, caregiver and physician, presents in-services; assists in general management of the department; and other diverse duties as requested or required.
Education And/or Experience Requirements
Master’s degree (MA or MS) in Speech Language Pathology
Licensure & Certifications Requirements
Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or be eligible for such.
- Supervisor’s license as required by state.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Pay Range: $38.49-$59.58

The role involves evaluating, treating, and monitoring patients while maintaining detailed clinical reports. Additionally, the practitioner develops new programs and coordinates care with families and physicians.
Requirements
A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required. Candidates must hold or be eligible for the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and possess a valid driver's license.
