- Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 Base+Commission/yearEastern Dental has been providing families with full-service dental care for over 50 years. We are seeking a patient focused Dentist to care for our patients in our established, multi-specialty practice, utilizing a comprehensive approach to full-service dentistry. You will be paid a guaranteed hourly rate, or a % of your collections. Whichever is higher This position offers a $25,000 Sign on Bonus! Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases Provide General Dentistry treatment and services to patients with clinically sound and compassionate care. S. Dental School Relevant NJ State Dental License active in good standing Ability to be credentialed with insurances and governmental insurance programs. Excellent communication skills Proficient in performing regular checkups and dental procedures Required skills include critical thinking, decision making, active listening, complex problem solving The ability to deliver a caring and supportive environment to patients Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases while providing comprehensive general dentistry services. Educate patients on preventive care and maintain accurate treatment records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Must hold a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school and a valid NJ State Dental License. Candidates must be able to be credentialed with insurance programs and possess strong clinical and communication skills.
