Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence-based, child-led therapy to support developmental, sensory, and motor needs. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of SLPs, PTs, and BCBAs to coordinate whole-child care and coach caregivers.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy and possess or be eligible for a Virginia Occupational Therapy license. Previous pediatric experience is preferred, along with a commitment to neurodiversity-affirming and family-centered care.
