This role is the primary physician of record on all practice compliance documentation, NPI filings, and initial prescription applications.

The Medical Director will serve as the physician of record for practice compliance, NPI filings, and clinical documentation. They are responsible for providing clinical oversight to nurse practitioners and physician assistants, including chart reviews and maintaining collaborative practice agreements.
Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted Nevada medical license (MD or DO) and a valid DEA registration with Schedule II–V authority. Previous experience supervising mid-level providers in a clinical or telehealth setting is required.
