The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing, community-focused healthcare organization seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead clinical operations, provider engagement, and quality initiatives across an integrated care network.

What You'll Do
- This is a highly visible executive leadership role combining both clinical leadership and patient care.
- Schedule Split
- 60% Administrative Leadership
- 40% Clinical Care
- The CMO will provide clinical care approximately 2 days per week while leading organizational clinical strategy, provider support, quality initiatives, and operational collaboration.

What We Are Looking For
- Education, Experience and Certifications:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds (Pediatrics-only board certification not accepted)
- Progressive physician leadership experience required
FQHC Clinical Experience Required
Experience serving as an Associate Medical Director, Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, or in a comparable physician leadership role

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $325,000 – $382,000
- Bonus eligible up to $25,000
