The Rehab Director is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations by planning and implementing rehabilitation programs to optimize patient outcomes. This role also involves providing administrative supervision, mentoring staff, monitoring patient data, and delivering speech therapy services when necessary.
A successful candidate must be a licensed or license-eligible speech therapist with experience treating patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Ideal candidates will also possess experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.
