JOB SUMMARY: The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for the daily organization of activities in the department. The purpose of this job is to perform radiographic procedures on a variety of radiographic equipment. Assists Radiologists and maintains filing records and paper work. Communicates effectively and maintains a good work environment.

Demonstrates age-specific competency for the following groups: neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.

Qualifications

Education: Must hold or obtain current licensure as a RT(R) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent. Must hold or obtain current BLS. Experience: Previous radiology experience necessary; 2 years preferred.
