Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients' ability to perform daily tasks, create personalized care plans, and deliver hands-on treatment using therapeutic techniques to promote strength and independence. Responsibilities also include tracking patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans, educating patients and caregivers, and supervising support staff.
