CascadesONE Dental is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, competitive/committed, and excellence driven Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Sterling practice.

We are a patient focused general dentistry practice committed to providing life changing care in a welcoming, supportive environment. We're looking for a hygienist who is passionate about periodontal health, patient education, and creating exceptional patient experience.

What You'll Do

Provide preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling & root planning

• Complete periodontal charting, assessments, digital X-rays, and oral cancer screenings
• Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease, and home care
• Partner with the dentist to communicate findings and recommended treatment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, sterilization, and infection-control protocols
• Work collaboratively with the entire dental team to provide excellent patient experience

What We're Looking For

• Current Virginia Dental Hygienist license
• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-education skills
• Dependable, organized, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Experienced hygienists and new graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Our Practice

Our offices utilize Open Dental, digital radiography, and iTero/MedIT digital scanning technology. We offer a collaborative environment focused on teamwork, professional growth, and long-term patient relationships.

Position Details

• Position: Full Time
• Schedule: Mon - Thurs 8-4 & Fri 8-1
• Pay: $60-$65/hour, based on experience
