Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Center Manager to join our Outpatient team. This role is ideal for professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical (80%).

• Complete new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in the implementation of patient care programs.

• Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses.

• Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment.

Requirements

• Current OT or SLP license in state of Florida.

• Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification.

• Leadership experience preferred.

• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.
