Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and movement dysfunctions

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs

Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, fitness, and home exercise programs

Physical therapist license from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency Experience

Prefer a minimum of two (2) years of experience in an inpatient or outpatient physical therapy clinic; however, we welcome new graduates to apply
