Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an enthusiastic RDH to help deliver exceptional care and create healthy, confident smiles for our patients in Twin Lakes, WI.

Schedule

Enjoy a consistent, flexible schedule, 1-2 days a week, up to 16 hrs. (Have the option to pick up more hours at other locations)

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications

A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.

• An active state hygiene licence.
• A current CPR/BLS certification
• What You’ll Do
• As a valued member of our clinical team, you will:

Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.

• Educate patients on oral health and home care practices.
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
• Stay current with new technologies.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients while promoting lifelong oral health

Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
• New graduates are welcome!
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient care, education and prevention.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.
• A collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates.

Compensation

$50.00-$55.00
