- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Up to $55/hr | Part-Time | Twin Lakes, WI

Are you a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist looking to join a supportive team that values patient care, professional growth, and work-life balance? Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an enthusiastic RDH to help deliver exceptional care and create healthy, confident smiles for our patients in Twin Lakes, WI.
Schedule
Enjoy a consistent, flexible schedule, 1-2 days a week, up to 16 hrs. (Have the option to pick up more hours at other locations)
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualifications
A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
- An active state hygiene licence.
- A current CPR/BLS certification
- What You’ll Do
- As a valued member of our clinical team, you will:
Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate patients on oral health and home care practices.
- Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
- Stay current with new technologies.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients while promoting lifelong oral health

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
- Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
- Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
- Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
- New graduates are welcome!
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for patient care, education and prevention.
- Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.
- A collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates.
Compensation
$50.00-$55.00
