Little Masters Development Center LLC is seeking a dedicated and energetic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing Early Intervention team.

This role involves providing home-based speech and language therapy services to children ages 0–3 throughout New York City. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting young children and partnering with families in their natural environments.

Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy services to children enrolled in the Early Intervention Program in their homes and community settings

Conduct individualized therapy sessions based on each child's needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals

Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other members of the child's multidisciplinary team

Educate and coach caregivers on strategies to support communication and language development during daily routines

Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and required Early Intervention paperwork

Support communication, feeding, social interaction, and overall developmental language skills

Qualifications

Current New York State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required

Experience working with young children preferred

Early Intervention experience is a plus

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Bilingual providers are encouraged to apply
