Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, LMFT)

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the emotional and behavioral needs of residents in skilled nursing facilities. They will provide individual, group, and family therapy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and possess an active, unrestricted state license such as LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, or LMFT. At least two years of clinical experience in geriatric or medical settings is preferred.
