Join Waco Family Medicine as a School-Based Behavioral Health Clinician – Middle School in Waco, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy Offer group psychotherapy as needed and appropriate Provide appropriate clinical crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.

• Use standardized tools to guide care and measure outcomes.

• Coordinate access to medical pharmacotherapy as indicated Engage parents/guardians in care planning, progress updates, and family treatment when appropriate.

Requirements

• REPORTS TO: Chief Behavioral Health Clinician LOCATION: Middle School campus in partnership with Waco Independent School District, with occasional work at Waco Family Medicine sites.

• EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Required Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.

• Active Texas license as LPC, LPC-Associate (under supervision), or LCSW.
