The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support patient communication, swallowing, and cognition. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to monitor progress and document clinical outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or Ph.D. from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program. An active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license and AHA National Provider BLS certification are required upon hire.
