Primary Care Physician-FQHC-Community Center

- Position: Primary Care Physician
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, Flexible hours, 35 hours per week
- Salary Range: $220,000 - $240,000
- Report’s To: Chief Medical Officer
Responsibilities
- Delivering comprehensive primary care to adolescents and adults
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical conditions
- Prescribe medications and recommend treatment plans
- Conduct physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results
- Educate patients and families on health, prevention, and wellness
- Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Engage in continuous professional development and community outreach
- Participate in on-call coverage and emergency response as needed
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Family Medicine
- NY State licensure required
- 24 CME credits every two years
- Healthcare Provider CPR/AED certification
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
- Experience serving diverse populations, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is a plus
