Key Responsibilities

The Speech Therapist will evaluate patients' speech, language, and hearing abilities, developing and implementing strategies to enhance communication, while also performing initial and ongoing patient assessments including OASIS documentation. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, and documenting all treatment progress promptly.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a current state-specific SLP license and be a graduate of an accredited speech language pathology program, along with holding a valid BLS certification. A minimum of two years of speech therapy experience is required, preferably in home health, and applicants must have a reliable, insured vehicle for home visits.
