Key Responsibilities

The Hospice Physician is responsible for certifying patient eligibility, conducting face-to-face home visits, and providing 24/7 on-call coverage. They also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a doctorate in allopathic or osteopathic medicine and possess a current, unrestricted medical license. Board certification in a primary care specialty and experience in hospice or palliative medicine are strongly preferred.
