Key Responsibilities

day advanced notice of the change. Approximate case load is as follows: 6 to 6.5 patient bookable hours per day. 6 patients for an hour each or roughly 12 patients for one half

Requirements

All licenses held by the key personnel working on this contract shall be full and unrestricted licenses.

Board Certification: All Contractor’s physician(s) shall be Board Certified /Board Eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology http://www.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $374K - $437K

PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Work Schedule

Fixed schedule.

Call responsibilities required.

Weekend coverage may be required.
